The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect against attacks.
Links to external services (GitHub, Ko-fi, PayPal) leave this website. Their own privacy policies apply.
Brands
This is a personal, non-commercial website. Names, logos, symbols, portraits and product images that appear on it (for example in the banners, stickers, decorations and jokes) belong to their respective owners. They are shown as satire, parody, commentary and as a nod to developer and internet culture. Nothing on this site is meant as advertising, as a product endorsement or as a statement by any company, person or organisation.
White Monster, Monster Energy, the claw logo and the can design are registered trademarks of Monster Energy Company. eisballi is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or connected to Monster Energy Company or any of its products, and does not sell or promote them.
Linux is the registered trademark of Linus Torvalds. Tux, the Linux penguin, was drawn by Larry Ewing with The GIMP and may be used and modified provided the author is credited. Arch Linux, Hyprland, Neovim, kitty, zsh and every other software or brand name mentioned belong to their respective projects and owners and are used only to describe or joke about developer tooling.
The stencil portrait, the bearded-philosopher portrait, the raised fist and the hammer-and-sickle symbol are political and historical imagery used as agitprop-style satire about digital sovereignty and free software. They are not a statement of membership in, or support for, any party, state or organisation, they do not glorify violence or dictatorship, and they are not meant to offend anyone. Some of these images come from stock or clip-art collections; their rights remain with the original creators.
The sticker texts and slogans are jokes, memes and opinions. Any resemblance to existing campaigns or companies is part of the joke. Nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice.
If you are a rights holder and want something changed or removed, please write to the contact address in the imprint above, naming the item and the page. It will be removed or replaced promptly, without the need for a lawyer's letter first.
